Le poste
1. CONTEXT
SODEICO Sarl, a company specializing in the recruitment and placement of qualified personnel, is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients operating in the service sector.
In this context, SODEICO is looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST who will identify positions to be filled and the required skills with line managers and contribute to the provisional workforce planning.
The ideal candidate should be autonomous, flexible, and ambitious, with a strong ability to achieve set objectives and thrive in a demanding environment.
2. ORGANIZATIONNAL POSITION
The holder of this position will work under the direct responsibility of their line manager.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Job Level 4 and below, agency staff, and casuals, ensuring alignment with Vodacom’s Resourcing Policy;
- Manage job adverts, shortlisting, testing, interviews, and stakeholder communications;
- Serve as the first point of contact for all recruitment matters, managing relationships with candidates, internal clients, agencies, and group counterparts;
- Support and co-lead talent attraction campaigns (Graduate programs, internships, Code Like a Girl, TechStart etc;
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives across digital platforms (social media, career sites, internal communications);
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to create compelling content that showcases Vodacom’s culture, values, and employee experiences;
- Monitor and report on recruitment and branding metrics (monthly dashboards, presentations, recruitment statistics);
- Maintain accurate recruitment and branding records for audit and reporting purposes;
- Continuously propose and implement improvements to recruitment and branding processes;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback mechanisms;
- Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition.
4. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
- HR professional with a passion for talent acquisition;
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and creativity;
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding best practices;
- Organizationally aware, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands;
- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field;
- Minimum 2 years’ progressive experience in HR, talent acquisition preferred;
- Experience in developing and executing employer branding campaigns;
- Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking recruitment and branding effectiveness;
- Project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
METRICS FOR SUCCESS
To measure your impact, you will be evaluated on the following key metrics.
A. Talent Acquisition Metrics
- Time to Fill: Average number of days to fill open positions (target: ≤ 30 days for Job Level 4 and below);
- Quality of Hire: Percentage of new hires meeting or exceeding performance expectations after 6 months (target: ≥ 80%);.
- Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of candidates who accept job offers (target: ≥ 90%);
- Recruitment Process Compliance: 100% adherence to Vodacom’s Resourcing Policy and audit requirements;
Diversity Hires: Percentage of hires from underrepresented groups (target: aligned with Vodacom’s DE&I goals).
5. LANGUAGES
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and oral).
