 Responsible for merchant acquisition in the allocated area

 Produce and implement initiatives to drive the acquisition of quality merchant

  Manage area merchant acquisition partners

 Provide support to the field partner with regards to performance feedback

 Daily, weekly and monthly reporting and adhoc analysis on the area performance

 Field and Partner motivation

 Field and Partner training

 Follow up on commission payment and reconciliation

Merchant Retention

 Responsible for merchant space performance

 Implement and maintain a strong brand presence in the merchant space

 Maintain agreed ratio of merchant presence and activity in he area

 Drive commercial activity to attract m-pesa consumers in the merchant space
