À propos du poste

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

[max 5]:

·       Follow up and reporting all sites implementation from scope till on Air: scope readiness, PO issuance, materials delivery, on air, GRN status.

·       Coordinate acceptance with the managed services and third parties

·       Responsible of Projects reporting

·       Get all required documents from planning divisions (cuts from radio, LB from transmission and v-sat planning)

·       Run Regular meetings with Contractors/Stakeholders.

·       Maintain Smartsheet tracker and functionality

·       Ensure proper hand over of Projects and Documentation to Technology Operations and Keep Data bases updated as to reflect the status after implementation

·       Ensure that acceptances are approved on time

·       Inventory aging tracking

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

·       Good understanding of GSM/3G/LTE Network Principles and Operation (essential)

·       2 years in Project management domain

·       Contract Management and Computer literacy (MS Office, Power BI and Power Point presentations is essential)

·       Understanding budget principles

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

·       Diploma in electronic/Telecom/ Communication

·       Certificate in Project Management (Desirable)

·       Minimum experience of 2 years in executing similar function
