The Context
The Scrum Master enables teams/squads to deliver customer-impacting digital capabilities faster and with higher quality by removing impediments and embedding strong Agile practices. This role improves predictability, transparency, and collaboration across business and technology teams, especially in complex environments involving APIs, TOBi journeys, and automation.
Profil recherché
Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption of Scrum best practices and create a high-performing, self-managing team culture
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure they produce clear outcomes (goals, commitments, actions)
• Partner with the Digital Champions and Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog (well-defined, prioritized, ready items)
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team blockers
• Improve delivery predictability and flow using metrics (lead time/cycle time, burndown, throughput, escaped defects)
• Support release planning and coordination across DEV/UAT/PROD, ensuring readiness and clear go/no-go criteria
• Build transparency through clear reporting, dashboards, and executive-friendly updates on progress and risks
• Run continuous improvement cycles (retros actions, working agreements) and monitor impact
Qualifications & Skills
Agile & Facilitation
• Strong mastery of Scrum (events, roles, artifacts) and servant-leadership mindset
• Excellent facilitation of ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retros, Backlog Refinement
Delivery & Execution
• Experience improving delivery flow using metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, predictability)
• Strong ability to identify, escalate, and remove impediments, manage dependencies, and reduce blockers
• Experience with release planning across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD), including go-live readiness
Stakeholder & Collaboration
• Strong collaboration with Digital Champions, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multi-team coordination and aligning priorities across teams
• Ability to communicate status and risks clearly to leadership (including concise executive updates)
Tools & Ways of Working
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira / Notion / Confluence)
Mindset & Soft Skills
• Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Data-driven, pragmatic, and outcome-focused (not “ceremony for ceremony’s sake”)
• High ownership, resilience, and ability to operate in fast-changing environments
