1.      CONTEXT

SODEICO Sarl, specialized in recruitment and provision of qualified personnel, is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients operating in the consulting and support sector for international immigration projects. As part of the development of its activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo, our client is looking for a bilingual (French/English) Sales Consultant.

He is a front-line business development role focused on generating leads, conducting client consultations, and converting prospects into active applicants for Canadian immigration programs. This is a target-driven position that requires energy, relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their immigration goals.

3.  RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

  • Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, community outreach, and digital channels in Kinshasa and the broader DRC market.
  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess eligibility for Canadian immigration programs (Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits, Study Permits, Francophone streams, etc.).
  • Present immigration pathways clearly and persuasively, and guide clients through the consultation-to-engagement process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company CRM system.
  • Follow up diligently with prospects and existing clients to ensure strong client satisfaction and referral generation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Canada-based operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Represent Acme Visa Solutions at community events, seminars, and immigration information sessions.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.

4.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles  experience in immigration, financial services, or professional services is a strong advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Canadian immigration programs and pathways is preferred; full training will be provided.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (mandatory) and English (an asset).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kinshasa, DRC.

5. LANGUAGES

  • Excellent command of French (written and spoken)
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

6. IT SKILLS

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Good command of CRM tools and digital platforms.
