1.      CONTEXT

SODEICO Sarl, specialized in recruitment and provision of qualified personnel, is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients operating in the consulting and support sector for international immigration projects. As part of the development of its activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo, our client is looking for a bilingual (French/English) Sales Manager.

He will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling the Acme Visa Solutions sales team in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong management capability, a deep understanding of the immigration services landscape, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The Sales Manager will own the DRC sales strategy and be directly accountable for team performance and client acquisition targets.

3.  RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS 

  • Design and implement the DRC sales strategy in alignment with Acme Visa Solutions' overall Africa growth plan.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives in Kinshasa and surrounding regions.
  • Set, monitor, and enforce individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
  • Conduct high-level client consultations for complex immigration cases and act as an escalation point for the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through strategic partnerships, corporate relationships, community networks, and referral channels.
  • Coordinate with the Africa Operations Manager and Canada-based immigration processing team to ensure smooth and compliant client file management.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
  • Lead immigration awareness campaigns, information sessions, and outreach events across the DRC.
  • Identify new market opportunities within DRC and propose expansion strategies to leadership.
  • Ensure all sales activity adheres to Acme Visa Solutions' Code of Professional Conduct and RCIC compliance standards.

4.  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management, business development, or team leadership with at least 1 to 2 years in immigration services, financial services, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coaching a sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Solid understanding of Canadian immigration programs (Express Entry, PNP, Work Permits, Francophone streams) is a strong advantage; full product training will be provided.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in French (mandatory); professional proficiency in English strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read sales data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kinshasa, DRC.

5. LANGUAGES

  • Excellent command of French (written and spoken)

6. IT SKILLS

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Good command of CRM tools and digital platforms
