Accountability and Objectives 

 

The Distribution Admin Support plays a critical role in supporting the operational and administrative functions of the distribution division. This position ensures the smooth execution of logistics, reporting, and coordination tasks that enable the team to achieve their distribution goals effectively.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1.    Maintain accurate records of all distribution-related activities, including partners.

 

2.    Serve as the central point of contact for the distribution team to manage internal communications and workflows.

 

3.    Handle all administrative duties, including documentation, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports.

 

4.    Analyze key performance metrics related to distribution channels, including sales revenue, market penetration, customer acquisition, and channel profitability by identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in distribution channel performance data to understand drivers of success and areas for improvement.

 

5.    Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies, including quality and safety standards.

 

6.    Contribute to cost-efficiency strategies within the distribution department.

 

 

Education/ qualifications, Skills & Attributes

 

1.    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in data analytics or performance management is a plus.

 

2.    Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, performance management, or related roles within the telecommunications or related industry

 

3.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

 

4.    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5.    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
